With over 25 years of international touring experience, Bart is our driving force and takes charge of Revolution's day-to-day operations. His specialty is audio, specifically FOH mixing, but he's also gained extensive experience as a tour and production manager. He thrives on clarity and structure, but he's just as happy behind the mixing desk when things get exciting. Anyone who knows Bart knows he always maintains composure, even when the show is in full swing.

With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Rico has been a permanent member of Revolution since 2019. You'll usually find him as a monitor technician or FOH engineer, but just as often he's at the workbench building new racks or devising custom solutions. He's always looking for clever ways to take technology to the next level, and usually has his next project in mind before the last one is even finished. His drive for innovation makes him the creative thinker on our team.

With over 20 years of experience in the event industry and a stint as a freelancer, Hans is now a permanent member of our team. You'll find him working in audio, lighting, and video, making him a frequent presence on and off stage. In the warehouse, he's the handyman on duty, always ready to fix something or come up with a creative solution. His hands-on mentality allows him to devise a practical solution for every problem.

Jason is our lighting magician who brings every stage to life. He designs creative lighting plans, programs the show, and builds tour sets and system setups that will impress everyone. He's also a master of the Follow-Me system, ensuring artists are always perfectly in the spotlight. With his flair for atmosphere and attention to detail, he ensures everything is just right, at just the right moment.

Romi Luna keeps our back office running smoothly and is Bart's right hand. She lightens the administrative load with a smile and ensures everything runs smoothly. Passionate about music and active as a DJ, she helps the team stay organized and structured. Her combination of precision and enthusiasm makes her a valuable asset to our team.

Jon is our all-around technician and sound engineer in training, full of fresh energy and a passion for audio. A recent graduate in stage and event technology, he combines technical expertise with musicality as a drummer. Whether it's setup, soundcheck, or fine-tuning, Jon is always ready to use his technical and musical talents to deliver a perfect show.

Melvin is joining our team this year as an intern all-around technician. He'll be helping out in various areas and learning all things audio, lighting, and technology. This will allow him to gain experience and discover his talents. With his fresh perspective, he's a perfect fit for our team and is looking forward to a year full of new challenges.
